Acceptable Use Policy

What this service is

All Online Links™ gives you one simple address that holds links to your own websites, social accounts, shops and services. Those destinations are independent services. We do not host, operate, control or endorse them, and linking to a destination does not make its content part of All Online Links™.

Lawful use

You may only use All Online Links™ for lawful purposes, and you must comply with the rules of any third-party service you link to.

External links

You may link to lawful third-party websites and services, subject to this policy and applicable law. You are responsible for the destinations you choose and for having the right to link to them.

Age-restricted destinations

Where you link to a lawful destination that visitors must be 18 or over to access, you must mark that link as age-restricted using the control in your page editor. Marked links show a small 18+ indicator and a confirmation showing the destination domain before a visitor leaves. A page containing any such link is text-and-links only: customer-uploaded images are not displayed while the link remains active.

No explicit material on All Online Links™

All Online Links™ does not host pornography or sexually explicit content. Explicit sexual or pornographic images, video or other prohibited explicit material may not be uploaded to, hosted on, embedded in or displayed through All Online Links™. This applies to every image you upload — logo, cover and gallery — and to all text on your page.

No sale of adult content

All Online Links™ must not be used:

• as an adult-content storefront or paywall;
• to take payment for adult content;
• to sell access to explicit material;
• to facilitate prohibited sexual services.

We take payment only for your All Online Links™ page. We never process payments between you and your visitors.

Protection of minors

There is zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or for any sexual or sexualised content involving a person under 18, in any form, including drawn, edited or AI-generated material. Accounts involved in such material are removed and reported where we are legally required to do so.

Absolutely prohibited content and conduct

An 18+ classification is never permission for illegal or prohibited material. You must not use the service for content, links, usernames or conduct involving or facilitating:

• child sexual abuse material, grooming, or sexual exploitation of children;
• non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual violence;
• trafficking, sexual exploitation, or prohibited prostitution or escort procurement;
• bestiality, unlawful incestuous sexual content, illegal pornography, or other unlawful content;
• attempts to disguise, mislabel, or redirect visitors to prohibited content.

Images and manual review

Customers must confirm that every uploaded image is lawful, owned or properly licensed, and contains no adult, sexual or age-restricted content. New images are uploaded privately and reviewed manually before they can appear publicly. Pending, missing, unknown, rejected or errored review states do not display publicly. We do not promise automated scanning, instant review or round-the-clock moderation.

Unlawful and harmful use

Do not use All Online Links™ for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, harmful or rights-infringing material, for impersonation, or for malware or deceptive redirection.

Reporting and enforcement

Every published page carries a “Report this page” link. Reports are reviewed manually and, where content or use breaches this policy, applicable law or the rules of the platforms we rely on, we may remove links, remove uploaded images, unpublish a page, suspend access, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. We may act without notice where there is a risk of serious harm.

Appeals

Customers may appeal a moderation decision. An appeal is reviewed manually and does not automatically restore a link, image or page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service and the rules that apply to it develop. The current version always appears on this page. See also our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
